Hohenschwangau Castle, Germany

This is a picture of Hohenschwangau Castle in Germany.  This is the castle where King Ludwig II spent his childhood.  I loved the colors of the castle nestled in the green trees with the blue sky overhead.  I visited in October and it rained a bit during the day but overall it was a beautiful day.  You can visit this castle and take guided tours throughout most of the year.
